I have served as a reviewer for an extensive list of journals, including MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Management Science, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Management Information Systems, and European Journal of Information Systems. I have also reviewed for Hong Kong Research Grants Council. In terms of contributions to conferences and to the Association for Information Systems, I have chaired sessions, reviewed for and served as Associate Editor for ICIS, and served as review coordinator for AMCIS. I have also been serving as the coordinator for the AIS student chapter at the University of Cincinnati.

Internally, I have served on several department and college committees including the faculty search committed and college student grievance review committee. ​​I am currently serving as the Information Systems Undergraduate Program Director.
